Terms of service

Last updated: October 7, 2026. These terms apply to orders placed on dogcruiser.com for delivery in the United States. Placing an order means you accept these terms.

1. Products

The products are the City 3-Wheel, Carrier 3-in-1, Quick-Fold, and Roomy pet strollers, the Heavy-Duty Dog Wagon, and the Red Mesh Pet Stroller. Photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them. Small differences in color or finish can occur.

2. Prices

Prices are in US dollars (USD). The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Shipping to the United States is free. There is no minimum order. A later price change does not change an order already paid.

3. Orders

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. You receive a confirmation email. We can cancel an order for suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, or an item we cannot fulfill. If that happens after payment, we refund the original payment method.

4. Payment

Payment is taken when the order is placed, over an encrypted connection. We do not store a full card number. The methods offered are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. A method that is not shown at checkout for your order is not offered. Pay in 4 is not offered. The list is also on the payment methods page.

5. Shipping

Shipping to the United States is free. Order cutoff is 2:00 PM Pacific Time (Los Angeles). Handling time is 1 business day, Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Transit time is 1 to 7 business days, Monday through Friday, for all United States destinations. Total delivery time is 2 to 8 business days. Orders are prepared and shipped by the supplier from the United States. The supplier does not publish the warehouse street. Full terms: shipping policy.

6. Returns

Returns: Yes, I accept returns for defective and non-defective products.

Exchanges: Yes, I accept exchanges.

Product condition: Only new products. This includes products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been used.

Return window: 30 days.

Return method: By mail.

Return label: Customer's responsibility.

Restocking fee: No cost.

Refund processing time: 7 days.

7. Warranties

We do not add a separate commercial warranty. Rights under US state law that cannot be waived still apply.

8. Use of the product

Use the product within the weight limit stated on its product page. Where a page states that no load rating was supplied, do not treat the overall size as a weight limit. We are not responsible for a use that ignores those limits. Our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where the law does not allow that limit.

9. Intellectual property

The text, photos, logo, and DogCruiser name on this site belong to GG FORM LLC. Do not copy them without permission.

10. Personal information

How we handle personal information is described in the privacy policy.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, except where the law of your state gives you a right that cannot be waived. We will look for a direct solution with you first. Email support@dogcruiser.com.

The return address is in the United States. We email the street address when you request a return. You pay the US postage. Do not send a return to the La Loma address.
